According to the detailed statistics of residential real estate sales for February 2021 published by the portal Emlakkulisi, the three settlements where the most transactions took place were the same cities. First place - Istanbul: 15,929

Second place - Ankara: 7757

Third place - Izmir: 4659

With the involvement of mortgages, most housing was sold in Istanbul: 3,174 apartments or houses.

For transactions without mortgage loans, the top three are the same:

Istanbul - 12,755 units

Ankara - 6055 units

Izmir - 3653 units

In terms of sales of the "new apartments": the best indicator is again with Istanbul - 4510 transactions. It is traditionally followed by Ankara (1,716 transactions) and Izmir (1,335 transactions).

By sales of "secondary housing": Istanbul - 11,419 deals, Ankara - 6041, Izmir - 3324.

Purchases of foreigners in February in Turkey in Istanbul (1525 units), Antalya (533 units), Ankara with 211 transactions, Mersin 138 transactions. Samsun is also in the top five: 64 deals.
